I’m not huge on demanding that people respect me. I personally don’t give a crap if you do or not. But I have my limits. You aren’t just going to say any and everything to me and expect it to be cool. If we’re working together then I demand respect. If I’ve got the knowledge, skills, and experience and I show you a better and easier way to do something or if I’m responsible for you doing something, you better believe I EXPECT you to do it the way I asked without giving me shit.
