What exactly is a midseason break? I recently found out that as of last Friday Psych is on a midseason break. It has a 16 episode season, what do you need a break for?! I find midseason breaks really irritating because seasons aren’t that long anyway, especially for a lot of shows which for some reason have 18 or less episode seasons. Isn’t that what the 8 months of the year the show isn’t on TV for? If shows want midseason breaks, they better start coming up with longer seasons and better episodes…
